Built for the Discovery Channel’s Ultimate Car Builds and later stationed at Fright Dome inside Las Vegas’s Adventuredome, this 1969 Oldsmobile hearse was last seen listed at $18,995 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Stored indoors for the past eight years and acquired in California with no rust ever, this one-of-a-kind monster truck hearse served as the centerpiece of the Halloween attraction at Circus-Circus, which has been terrifying visitors since 2003 across more than 250,000 square feet of haunted houses and scare zones.
A rebuilt 455 V8 engine powers this beast, paired with a new transmission, custom suspension, and new shocks that raise the hearse significantly in height. Originally built for 4-wheel drive capability, that feature can be restored if desired. The exhaust delivers a fitting rumble, and new BFGoodrich tires on custom rims complete the monstrous stance. Two full sets of green police bar lights give it an ominous presence, while the black paint sits under a distinctive wrap with a custom-painted grille.
Mechanical work includes a new alternator, entirely new brake system with booster, new plugs and wires, and polished chrome accents throughout. The interior has been refreshed, and the vehicle has been featured on the Discovery Channel and in various news outlets alongside its share of celebrity encounters.
