Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your ad at any time. If you cancel your ad before it is approved by the administrators your ad fee will be refunded in full. However, no refunds are given once your ad is approved and live on the website. No credit will be given for listings canceled before the expiration. If you purchase a credit plan no refunds are given for unused credit.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Hearses.org and is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. By posting, uploading, or submitting any material to Hearses.org (including but not limited to classified listings, vehicle photos, owner stories, restoration notes, or comments), you grant Hearses.org a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such material in any media now known or hereafter developed.
Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Permanent Archiving: Once a listing is posted, it may be retained by Hearses.org indefinitely as part of our historical “Sold Archives” or “Owner Stories” collections, even after the listing expires, is removed from active sales, or is deleted from the active database.
- Display Rights: We reserve the right to display archived listings, including photos and descriptions, on the Site, in newsletters, or in promotional materials to preserve the history of hearses.
- No Compensation: You will not receive any compensation for the use of your submissions, whether in active listings or archived collections.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Use of Communication Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Hearses.org as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
