Coming out of professional funeral service a couple of years before the listing, this 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood D’Elegance Hearse built by Eureka is a relatively unmolested coach that combines a 1985 chassis with a 1986 body. A local collector in a financial squeeze traded it to the selling dealership, having used it sparingly; the only detectable modification was a contemporary stereo installation, functional but rough.

Dealer work completed included replacing a lost radio bezel, installing a new A/C compressor and servicing the system to blow ice cold, fitting a new battery, and tweaking several small mechanical problems. It cranks right up and drives pleasantly with plenty of power and smooth shifting, though the V-8 exhaust note signals future muffler replacement — piping and resonators remain fine. The 54,200-mile interior is clean, and all lights and power options reportedly work except the antenna, whose broken retract string is common to this vintage GM. Always a southern, mostly garaged car, it shows no rust.
