One of just 160 built, this 1967 Cadillac Miller Meteor Hearse/Ambulance Combo was last seen for sale in Southern California for $60,000 OBO. Built on a Cadillac DeVille chassis by Miller Meteor, this dual-purpose coach was designed to serve as both an ambulance and funeral vehicle — a configuration rarely seen in this condition today, with only a couple believed to remain in the U.S.
